By accessing and using the ArrowPoint mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
ArrowPoint provides a comprehensive platform for arrowhead collectors and enthusiasts, including:
3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use ArrowPoint. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use ArrowPoint. Users under 18 require parental consent.
4.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to ArrowPoint, including photos, descriptions, and comments ("User Content").
4.2 License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant ArrowPoint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.
4.3 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have necessary rights to all content you post.

6.1 Free and Paid Plans: ArrowPoint offers free and premium subscription tiers (Pro and Premium) with different feature access and usage limits.
6.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your account at purchase confirmation.
6.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.5 Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. Contact the respective app store for refund inquiries.
6.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

8.1 App Ownership: ArrowPoint and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by ArrowPoint or its licensors.
8.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Your use of ArrowPoint is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://cole-latt.github.io/arrowpoint-privacy/privacy.html. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users: ArrowPoint has no tolerance for objectionable content (including hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or illegal material) or abusive users. We remove such content and may suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible, without notice.
10.2 Right to Moderate: We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
10.3 Reporting and Blocking: You can report any post or comment from its menu, and block any user from their profile, post, or comment menu. Blocked users' posts, comments, and notifications are hidden from you. We review reports promptly and remove objectionable content and the accounts responsible for it.
10.4 No Obligation: We are not obligated to monitor User Content but reserve the right to do so.
11.1 Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. See our Data Deletion Policy for details.
11.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. We may delete your User Content, though some data may be retained for legal compliance.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArrowPoint, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
15.1 Archaeological Laws: Users are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding arrowhead collection, including the Archaeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA) and state antiquities laws.
15.2 Private Property: Always obtain permission before collecting on private property.
15.3 Protected Sites: Never collect from protected archaeological sites, national parks, or other restricted areas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ArrowPoint is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
17.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
18.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArrowPoint.
18.2 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18.4 Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.
